An artist by hobby, Ford designed the cover art for two of her books. She enjoys creating paper sculptures, some of which are included in the Scanning book.

Another hobby is rock hounding, and she has panned for gold in New Hampshire, Vermont, and Maine. She has successfully searched for gems at former mines in the Massachusetts area near her home. Check out her collection of admired rocks and minerals on her Pinterest page.

Ford and family are enthusiastic about sharing family heritage recipes. View or download the updated version of Family Favorites Cookbook Rev 2017 below.
